This mission was born from personal experience in 1998 when a severe automobile accident left him unable to stand for days. After literally crawling into a chiropractic office for help, he experienced instant relief and a life-changing realization.
While he initially sought care only for pain, a relapse during the holidays taught him the value of consistency. More importantly, he discovered that chiropractic care helped his chronic seasonal allergies. Learning that the nervous system controls every cell and organ—including the immune system—inspired him to pivot his life, returning to school at age 30 to become a chiropractor.

Dr Stacy found her way to chiropractic almost by accident. She first sought a visit with a chiropractor in college after experiencing neck pain. Her first visit revealed an old injury, likely at birth, that had injured her neck and was now, 20 years later, giving her pain. However, the chiropractor did not relate the damage to her neck to some of the other health issues she had-he didn’t even ask! At the time, she experienced relief from the neck pain and was curious enough about this drug-free healing approach that she did her own research. She wondered if chiropractic could help with the chronic headaches she had suffered since she was in middle school. She found another chiropractor and began the journey of care that has continued until today! She was able to get relief from the headaches that had plagued her almost daily. However, what caught her attention were the major improvements in sleep and fairly severe digestive issues. This was life-altering and led to attending chiropractic school and developing a passion for health and wellness early on!

I have arthritis head to toe. It has been years since I have been able to fall asleep without tossing and turning, in attempt to find a comfortable position to sleep. After two weeks with Dr.Ed, I went to bed and literally felt like I was melting into the mattress. I didn't realize how good going to bed could feel. Dr. Ed listens to his patients and is extremely skilled in the area of chiropractic care.

My wife Shanna has been coming here for many years! Dr Ed and Dr Stacy are really great people!<br>I’m writing this review because I was having difficulties with my feet and even was struggling with planters fasciitis. My wife mentioned that they do feet scans so I came in to get one. After the scan I was told that I have a severe case of flat feet. Steph the receptionist helped me with the scan, and went over it with me. She also helped me pick out insoles that would help my feet.<br>After wearing them for two months now, I am completely amazed by how much better I feel!<br>My knees, back, and my gait has increased greatly! Then Shanna asked me about my sore heel from the Planters fasciitis, and I was like “I forgot all about it!!!”<br>Thank YOU so very much for your help and for recommending to get these insoles! Wow, my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ed for a while and always a great experience. This visit Dr. Ed had my husband and I try the decompression machine. I have always had trouble with sciatic and hip pain. I feel good after being adjusted, but after the decompression I felt like my back and hips were so much more loose and had more mobility than even a normal adjustment. It just leveled up my adjustment. After leaving I could tell right away. I love that Vitality is incorporating new things in helping stay healthy.
I have been seeing Dr. Ed and Dr. Stacy for a while now and am very happy with the results. I came with a specific back issue which was addressed right away. I could have stopped at that, but I wanted to explore the benefits of their wellness program. I am experiancing the benefits of overall better movement and health. It was affecting my work and I saw little improvement. And I can see why - they’ve earned it.<br><br>When I first walked in - I had mis-scheduled for the next week - but the front desk was warm, welcoming, and said they’d get me in shortly. Within 2 minutes they had me in a room. With virtually zero wait-time Dr Ed sat down, asked me questions, examined me, diagnosed my problem, and explained both what was happening and the treatment to me. I remember expressing my pain and Dr Ed said “We’ll get you feeling better today.”<br><br>I remember walking out of that less than 30 minutes meeting feeling the best I had in four weeks = I could move again. The entire encounter I felt listened to, cared for, and that I had found a chiropractor who not only delivered on fixing me, but explained the how, what, and why. It was everything a great business should aspire to.<br><br>I’ve waited 12 days from my first care - having been there 4 times now - to write a review because I wanted give a thorough perspective for readers. Each day the process, explanations, and adjustments have been quick and informative. I’ve been impressed the entire time and felt better each day.<br><br>What surprised me most was the affordable pricing. Having had chiropractic care elsewhere I was expecting some large numbers. Dr Ed offered a transparent “here are your options” - even if you chose to do nothing - plan for longer term care. I came in with really tense shoulders, upper back, and shoulder blade pain from sitting for long hours. I was constantly tired and feeling achy. I am on my 3rd week and my upper back pain is a lot better. I had not seen a chiropractor since I was a kid, I was desperate to find a new chiropractor since moving up here, and I found Vitality Chiropractic. The team was so sweet and caring on my first visit and that hasn’t changed since! I have struggled with migraines since I was about 11-12 years old. I had been seen by Mayo Neurology at one point when these migraines got so severe. I have also tried nerve blocker injections, medication, and nothing has given me results like Vitality Chiropractic. Dr. Ed takes the time to take a complete scan of your spine, and takes you step by step as to what everything means and how he plans to move forward. He always wants what’s best for his patients, takes the time to understand them, and makes the best plan customized for you moving forward. I have recommended him to at least 5 of my coworkers and friends already, and that number continues to grow. I highly recommend at least trying it out to see how you feel after, and I promise you’ll want to go back! (Ask Dr. Ed about his recipes:))
My husband sees Dr. Ed and he always does a great job. Always good results. I saw his wife Dr. Stacy a few years ago and she was also very great. The environment here is very welcoming and friendly. If you are new to this they will explain how everything works and help you understand what you need to know. They also care about your health and wellbeing and take pride in what they do here to help others.

I’ve been coming here about twice a week for a couple of months now and have had such a great experience. Dr. Ed and Dr. Stacy are both so kind and knowledgeable, and the whole team including Hope and Steph always makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in.
